The new BMW CE 02, a 100% all-electric scooter from BMW Motorrad, has been launched and is now available for sale in Thailand.

It is equipped with a battery that can drive up to 95 km when fully charged. The official price is THB 479,000 (US$ 13,330).

BMW CE 02 comes in the eParkourer concept, emphasising flexibility for driving in the city. Equipped with an electric motor with a maximum power of 15 PS (11 kW), a maximum torque of 55 Nm, acceleration from 0-50 km/hr in 3 seconds, a maximum speed of 95 km/hr with driving mode. It has two modes: Flow mode for driving through city traffic and Surf mode for more fun when out of busy traffic.

The CE 02's batteries are 48-volt lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 1.96 kWh, which can be removed for maintenance and provides a maximum driving distance of 95 km per full charge. It charges from 0-100% in 210 minutes and 20-80% in 102 minutes with a 1,500 watt fast charging cable (provided as standard equipment).

It is designed mainly in black, including the frame, wheels, front fender and neck. Decorated in Granite Gray Metallic Matt around the engine cover. A seat shaped like a skateboard is also installed on it. It comes equipped with a double-layer steel frame set that resists bending.

CE 02 has telescopic front suspension and single swingarm rear and a pivoted suspension, front tires wrapped around lightweight alloy disc wheels. It comes with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. Safety is enhanced further with the ABS braking system from BMW Motorrad.

The BMW CE 02 is equipped with a high-resolution TFT colour display, showing essential driving information such as driving speed and battery charge status.

A USB-C charging port within the bike provides faster charging for smartphones. The BMW Motorrad Connected app can also display the estimated time the charge will end on your smartphone via Bluetooth connection. The official selling price of BMW CE 02 is THB 479,000.
