Daimler Trucks appoints new head of customer service

Daimler Trucks Korea (CEO Antonio Randazzo) announced on 26 February that it had appointed Managing Director Park Min-seong as the new head of the customer service division.
Born in 1968, Managing Director Park Min-seong worked at domestic and overseas branches of a global passenger car brand before joining Daimler Trucks Korea, accumulating diverse experience in the automotive after-sales field for 28 years, including service marketing, planning, and dealer management. In particular, he served as general manager of the after-sales division at Audi Korea for six years from 2016 to 2022, leading the improvement of customer service quality and strengthening the competitiveness of the service centre. In addition, he was responsible for service network development and support at the Porsche China branch and Fiat Chrysler Asia Pacific regional headquarters.
In the future, Managing Director Park plans to not only provide Daimler Trucks Korea customers with high-quality services commensurate with premium products, but also strive to realise Total Transport Efficiency through various service enhancement strategies and ultimately maximise customer profits.
