After a deep decline in early March, 2024, Ford Explorer was recently adjusted to increase the price again by the company.

Ford Vietnam recently adjusted the selling price of the Explorer SUV model to VND 2.099 billion (US$ 82,600), an increase of VND 100 million compared to the listed price in early March. The new selling price is applied to customers who buy cars from the beginning of May 2024. The company did not announce the reason for the car price increase.

Thus, after a sharp price reduction of VND 440 million in early March, Ford Explorer has increased its price again. However, compared to the end of 2023, the car price is still VND 340 million lower.

According to information from the sales consultant, the price of VND 2,099 billion applies to Ford Explorers with VIN number 2023. Meanwhile, some vehicles with VIN number 2022 are still applied at the old price of VND 1.999 billion.

Currently, Ford Explorer has a VIN number 2022 with only a white exterior option at dealers, but the quantity is very limited.

Explorer is the most expensive and high-end SUV model in Ford's product range in Vietnam. The car is aimed at family or business groups with a modern luxurious design and rich facilities.

Ford's model is equipped with a 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine with a capacity of 305 PS, a maximum torque of 431.5 Nm accompanied by a 10-speed automatic transmission and full-time 4-wheel drive.
