Recently, the 8 speed automatic (8AT) version of the Great Wall King Kong Cannon was officially launched, with a total of 8 variants, priced at CNY 99,800-126,800 (US$ 14,045 - 17,845).

The car is equipped with a ZF 8AT transmission, which responds faster than the ordinary 6AT transmission. It also has the characteristics of smooth shifting, comfortable driving experience and better economy.

In terms of appearance, the Great Wall King Kong Cannon 8AT version basically continues the design of the current model, but the grille adopts a blackened design. The entire grille is thick, making the front of the car more domineering. The headlights have lenses, and the daytime running lights look more individual. A silver guard is added to the lower side of the bumper.

The new car will provide multiple options corresponding to different sizes:

- Standard box: 1550mm length, 1500mm width, 495mm height.

- Long box: 1820mm length, 1500mm width, 495mm height.

- Flat box: 1820mm length, 1500mm width, 470mm height.
