Tesla launches first V4 Superchargers
SgCarMart, 15 May '25
Tesla has launched its first V4 Supercharging station in Singapore, located at One Holland Village. This station is part of the existing Supercharging network, which now comprises 12 stations with 37 stalls across Singapore.
The V4 Superchargers have longer cables to allow access to all Tesla electric vehicles and support a peak charging rate of up to 250 kW.
For example, this enables a Model 3 Long Range to gain up to 282 km of range within 15 minutes. Tesla has stated that these chargers are designed to receive future updates and new features.
As of 13th May 2025, Tesla's pay-per-use Supercharging fee starts at SGD 0.51 per kWh (US$ 0.39 per kWh).
The latest software update for Tesla vehicles enables users to set a targeted arrival energy level at their destination. The Tesla Trip Planner can propose routes including Supercharger locations and allows users to add or remove charging stops and adjust recommended charging durations.
To support electric vehicle adoption in Singapore, Tesla customers can access incentives and rebates of up to SGD 48,300 (product exclusions apply) and financing rates starting at 1.65% per annum (terms and conditions apply).
Under Tesla's Home Charging Program, new Tesla owners in Singapore receive a Tesla Wall Connector, valued at SGD 790, a two-year warranty for STRATA and non-STRATA landed properties, and a one-time charger maintenance service.
Tesla plans to expand its local Supercharging network in 2025 by adding stalls to existing locations and introducing four new Supercharging stations in the southern, eastern, and western regions, including One Holland Village.
