Volvo Cars Korea chief executive officer (CEO) Yun-mo Lee announced on January 29th that it has opened a new 'Volvo Cars West Suwon Showroom' at the newly opened Starfield Suwon.
Volvo Cars' Seosuwon showroom, operated by Kolon Automotive, an official dealer of Volvo Cars Korea, is a large-scale showroom of approximately total floor area of 466.23 metres, and the DTS (Downtown Store) expansion concept was applied following Volvo Cars' Goyang showroom and Hanam showroom.
Reflecting the spatial characteristics of Starfield Suwon, where the exhibition hall is located, it was designed with a contemporary concept targeting the millennial generation who enjoy and experience an urban lifestyle.
There are spaces such as the 'Heritage Zone' where you can experience the technological innovation of Volvo cars, synonymous with safety, and the 'Car Studio' where you can touch and experience the leather interior materials used in Volvo cars.
Volvo Car Korea CEO Lee Yun-mo said, "We are very happy to be able to showcase Volvo Cars' unique Swedish luxury at Starfield Suwon, which is emerging as a new space for premium imported car brands." He further added, "To expand contact points with more customers, we will continue to reflect various urban forms in the future. "We will do our best to showcase the concept exhibition hall."
