Honda Indonesia has launched the Stepwgn e:HEV at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025.
Indonesia is the second market in ASEAN to introduce the model, following its debut in Singapore. A single variant is being offered.
The Stepwgn e:HEV is priced at IDR 629 million (US$ 38,370) and is fully imported from Japan.
Its pricing is lower than that of the Nissan Serena e-Power, which is listed at IDR 635 million. The variant available in Indonesia is powered by a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder petrol engine (145 PS / 175 Nm) paired with a 184 PS / 315 Nm electric motor. This hybrid powertrain is also available in the Civic e:HEV.
The Indonesia-spec Stepwgn shares its exterior design with the Japanese domestic market (JDM) Stepwgn Spada.
Features include a platinum chrome front grille, sequential turn signals with active cornering lights, 16-inch black alloy wheels, upright LED taillights, and a power tailgate with memory multi-angle adjustment.
The interior has a six-seater configuration (2+2+2) with captain seats in the second row. The seats are upholstered in a combination of Prime Smooth synthetic leather and FABTECT water- and oil-repellent fabric.
